We came across the comments and scores on Google and had to comment as there is a real difference between fantasy and reality and accuracy and service delivery. Willowgreen; you failed us as a family. Terrible agent, did not put the customer first and then brought their personal problems into work. We could not recommend this estate agent - Absolutely not!!! Communication (including pricing) was the biggest let down as we as the sellers were doing all the chasing (and a lot more) and the buyer seemed to receive a special service from the agent where as us very little. If we could give zeros stars we would because not once did they as a business ever try looking from our perspective, as their customer. We as a family trusted you as a company and you let us down badly with so much uncertainty and miscommunication. One thing we have learnt is don’t be swept away with the highest starting price given to you by an estate agent when they value your property. Consider this review a toned down review (as we could have said so much more) of how pathetic their services were for us working with this agent nearly cost us our marriage but it didn’t and lessons learnt avoid this agent.
