I contacted Willowgreen estate agents Malton, N.Yorks about a property. The manager/owner a woman called me back. What a KAREN. She was codescending and seriously lacking in any sales or customer service skills. Absolutely useless, knew nothing about the property or area and just directed me to the website. DO YOUR JOB ! I WOULDNT BUY A DUSTBIN FROM HER and I am a cssh buyer. What a waste of space. Drop the attitude, get some human relations training and more importantly some sales training. YOUR A JOKE.
