This is the first time that we have ever rented. Sam and the team at Willow Green made the whole experience seemless. They answered all our many queries and dealt with them speedily and professionally. On the day of the move we were delayed and Sam opened up after hours to complete the paperwork and sort everything for us. Not only that, she gave us a welcome pack too. You don't get this level of service in the South East. As a couple we would like to record our grateful appreciation to all the team. We cannot rate them highly enough.
