I have recently both sold my old property and bought a new one with WG. I couldn’t praise them enough. Claire who came to value the property I sold in York got the job because she took the time to sit down and find out my needs. I felt as though she genuinely cared and she proved it by helping me to prepare and sell the property within 24 hours of it going on the market! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Lisa then took me under her wing and found me the perfect property to buy the offer was accepted within 2 weeks of completion of the one I had just sold. Lisa is also a very special person who takes the time to listen to and understand what people need. She has really looked after me in a genuine and caring way. I have also received help from the mortgage broker Robin and solicitor Chris recomended by Lisa who have both been really efficient and taken the stress out of the whole process. I must also mention Matt the photographer who very kindly sent me a set of the photos I was really grateful to keep them as a momento of my old house.All of he staff at Willow Green have been wonderful.
