I placed a property for sale with Willow Green following aborted sales with other agents. What followed was in complete contrast to the other agents that I had used. The description of the property, the photography and the contact from the staff was excellent, however what astounded me most was that I had an offer within a week of the property being placed with Willow Green.The offer was converted to a sale within a timescale of eight weeks. We were very satisfied with this excellent five star service. Following the completion of this property I've already mentioned that I had a property coming available that I wanted to let out, however it was some distance from the Malton office that I had used and so wasn't terribly hopeful that this would be a good idea. How wrong was I, again the property was let out almost immediately and the tenant moved in on a Saturday morning following the property being vacated on the Friday morning, superb service, again let out within a week of taking on their books. I have sold small and large properties during my lifetime in various parts of the Country and have never come across such a dedicated team, how lucky we are to have them providing such an honest and reliable service, in what is sometimes a very anxious and turbulent time.
