The first time for us using Willow Green to let a property. We had heard many good reports about them and am pleased to say we have also received a smooth, friendly, positive and caring experience from Sam during the process. I have popped into the office a couple of times (which is lovely) and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We also appreciated the gift bag with goodies and card. Such a thoughtful gift.
