I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Robinson Michael and Jackson. The conduct of two of their staff members was highly unprofessional and made me feel that my business was neither valued nor wanted. Despite being in a strong financial position to purchase a property chain-free, with a mortgage in principle and a significant portion of the purchase price in cash, I was met with dismissive and stubborn behavior. The staff members were unwilling to facilitate a viewing or engage in any meaningful way to accommodate my terms, instead prioritizing their own and the seller’s terms without any consideration for potential buyers. This unprofessionalism could potentially cost the seller of the property on Plough Wents Road significant amounts of money. I was prepared to offer substantially more than the last offer, potentially up to £30,000 above it. Instead, the property has been accepted by buyers who have not even sold their own property yet, which may result in delays and financial losses for the seller. Additionally, I find it misleading to advertise a property at £450,000 when the owners had no intention of accepting anything less than £480,000. Labeling it as a "guide price" is disingenuous and does not reflect the true asking price, which can mislead potential buyers. I hope Robinson Michael and Jackson take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer service to avoid such issues in the future
