Hi Mike, Thank you for sharing your concerns. This review is a very hard one for the team and I to read. Having worked with you for the length of time we did and achieving over asking price for you. With regards to the property details, we always take our attention to detail to the highest point possible. So, if they was not up to standard we can only apologies. However, we always sent property details over to our sellers for their approval to ensure you are happy with what we have produced. Sorry that you felt you had to chase for updates, Jody was chasing your file at least once per week and providing updates via email and telephone. If you chased before the updates were received and you felt that once/twice a week is not enough, please could we discuss this in more length? With respect to my support/lack of existents, I can only apologies if you felt that your file needed my support as I trust the teams ability / attention to detail to deliver without needing my attention unless otherwise brought to my attention. If there is anything that the team or I can do / improve upon our processes, we always welcome feedback.
