We're in the process of purchasing through Robinson Michael and Jackson. Ellie showed us around initially and was really warm and friendly answering all of our questions. Following this, during purchase we have been working with Jody. We expressed that we were anxious about the process of purchasing, but Jody has been really understanding and forthcoming with regular updates to put us at ease and so we are informed and know what's going on. We have really appreciated the effort from Jody, good communication and friendly manner.
