Thank you Tilly for allowing us the time to view. We were late because of the traffic, and even though I suggested we hurry on through the viewing to allow you time for your next viewing, you told us to carry on and not worry. We're in the process of purchasing through Robinson Michael and Jackson. Ellie showed us around initially and was really warm and friendly answering all of our questions. Following this, during purchase we have been working with Jody. We expressed that we were anxious about the process of purchasing, but Jody has been really understanding and forthcoming with regular updates to put us at ease and so we are informed and know what's going on. We have really appreciated the effort from Jody, good communication and friendly manner.
