Barry and Winnie have been honest from the get go, ensuring me and my fiancé were housed in a safe and suitable location, ready for raising our little boy due later this year. As students we thought we would struggle, but instead have had an easy time thanks to Belvoir. The first property me and my fiancé saw was in a location that could’ve been troublesome as the neighbours unfortunately were a possible danger and inconsiderate. The property we are in however, is ideal, and we have lovely cats jumping into our garden instead of horrible dog shit being thrown over which was reported at the other address?. Hahah A much better reality thanks to Barry and Winnie letting us know of the situation swiftly. I totally recommend these agents to all, but especially younger people who are after their first property.
