I used Northwood to sell my house after previously using another local estate agents who had had my house on their books for 3 months and although getting viewings, had not managed to secure any kind of offer, depsite other similar properties to mine being sold during the same period,and were not particularly pro active and I was keen to sell quite quickly .I decided to move to Northwood and found them much more helpful, they looked at my house and couldn't understand why it had not sold. Within days of moving to them I had a number of viewings and a couple of very interested buyers who had their own properties to sell. Within 6 weeks of moving to them, they had secured a sale for me and helped the whole process run smoothly from start to finish.
