As a landlord of multiple properties in Macclesfield, I would not recommend any landlord to use this agency. They marked one of my properties "let" as soon as someone showed interest and did not show it to anyone else. The "tenants" pulled out two days before the tenancy was due to start on 18 March when the lockdown was annouced. With no signed agreement and no deposit this let a huge fianancial void for me. Then when a new tenant was found they refused to carry out the inventory on the day of the move in, the inventory was done 2 weeks before move in and did not reflect the condition the property was let.
