The most useless estate agents I have ever been in contact with. Was dealt with by Ewan Macphee, who was extremely unresponsive, unhelpful, wouldn't call, and was unprofessional. Had to repeatedly email to get a response from him, although he never replied to my last email over a house I was interested in.
