Kelly has been very helpful and easy to talk to throughout the process of renting our new home. She answered all of our questions and was flexible around our working schedules as well when we were needed to sign paperwork etc. All of the details and paperwork were explained thoroughly and clearly making the whole process much easier. Words cannot express how passionate and hard working the North Hykeham Lovelle office really is! The sheer dedication of the team and passion that comes through is noticeable at every stage! I personally dealt with Molly Erm from start to finish and although there were a few bumps in the road (through no fault of Lovelle’s may I add), Molly was there every step of the way to reassure me and truly went above and beyond to secure me my dream home. Molly’s sheer determination and persistence was outstanding especially during such a challenging sale. She took charge and I felt confident the entire way through.
