Our property was formerly managed by a long-established family-run estate agent. We had an excellent relationship with them, so we were mortified when the owner decided to sell the business. Northwood had a hard act to follow! But they have been a worthy successor, despite our initial apprehension. Everyone in the office is friendly, courteous, and very efficient.
