"I couldn't be more..."

I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Moving home for the first time is scary for a young couple but they helped through every step, the communication was great. Every query I had was promptly addressed. The staff are so kind, I have not failed once getting through to Northwood on the phone and they respond quickly to emails. I am now moved to my second property with them and the move couldn't have been more easier. They handle everything with such professionalism and even when there are hiccups they are able to assist in a quick, and professional manner. I have had no problems with Northwood and I have now become familiar with Molly, Kira, Martha, Ela and Dell who are absolute stars. Thank you Northwood for your care, kindness and professionalism with dealing with your tenants Myself and my Husband are truly grateful.
