My husband and I have used Belvoir twice to rent out both our properties. The advice and service is brilliant . Adrian and Margaret respond very quickly to email. They arranged for contractors to improve the presentation of the property. I have used other agents and they are rubbish compared to Belvoir. I have tried other agencies, one found me a bad tenant who did not pay rent for over a year. When I called the agent for help, they did not return my call. I was left to deal with the tenant on my own. It cost me money and time to evict the tenant. Adrian found us very reliable tenants very quickly. Adrian is honest with his assessment of market conditions which has helped me to decide if I want to rent or sell. Don't waste your time with other agent.
