Staff is rude and unhelpful, I had a leakage from toilet for 2nd time in the past 2 years of tenancy, they are refusing to fix the crumbling ceiling in the kitchen. In May 2020 I had a problem with a central heating, and this was fixed in 3 weeks time (after contacting Environmental Health Agency at LBC), which is completly below any standards. For Polish speaking people / to Poles, be careful, even though a Polish woman works in the agency, you will still have more troubles, ranging from denial of repairs and ending with administrative problems.
