We used EweMove last year to sell our house. Ben Brind came round and went through the procedure with us very carefully , as we had not moved house in 30 years it was all a bit daunting for us. Ben was conscientious and kept us in the loop. His photographs of our property were of a very high standard unlike those of the big national companies whose ‘snapshots’ were awful and out of focus. His were composed very well and showed our house off to its’ best advantage. From the outset, Ben couldn’t have done more. We made a last minute appointment for a Sunday afternoon due to a new build property being re-released and we therefore had a race to sell our own property in order to reserve it. He took outstanding photos, taking a great care in the detail, and made sure that the listing was published that same day despite having to work until a late hour on a Sunday evening. He clearly knew the area and the target market for my property and kept us well informed throughout all viewings. We had a buyer within a week and managed to reserve the property we wanted. During the sale process, our buyer had an extremely difficult Solicitor and we were experiencing a lot of pressure to exchange from the new build developer. Ben was in constant communication with all parties involved, even those who should have been the responsibility of the solicitor to chase. If it wasn’t for Ben, I believe our purchase would have fallen through so I can’t thank him enough. He really is different to normal estate agents; you aren’t just a sales target as he genuinely cares for each customer.
