Ben at EweMove Estate Agents In Luton was referred by a friend after our letting agent gave a very low valuation on our rented home! His valuation was comprehensive and well benchmarked, but openly conservative due the recent state of the market as he clearly hates to over promise...however his open-day strategy was first class delivering £10,000 over the asking price in under 3-weeks! We didn’t make it easy for him, with tenants that were being managed by the original agent, again he quickly had them on board and did exactly as he promised!
