I found the agents efficient and courteous and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. 'After sales service' has been very helpful, particularly given the distance from my current address to Ludlow.
Although one member of staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond, there were others who were just plain rude! When we went into Andrew Grant's in Ludlow, there was one particular member of staff who was very 'snooty' and really gave us the impression that she could not be bothered to speak to us. Upon completion and collection of the keys, the office was busy, I was abruptly told to take a seat (by said member of staff) and another staff member gestered to other customers who walked in that she could not help them because she was doing something on the computer! That's pretty poor service in my opinion. Also, as a very excited buyer, I experienced a serious anti-climax when I collected my keys. It was a time for celebration. The lady who dealt with me was polite enough but really it was very disappointing! We had just spent £281,000!
