We have recently sold our house and chose to use Andrew Grant. From day one the Ludlow based team were so professional and attentive throughout the sale. Excellent, high quality service.
We have just exchanged contracts after a very long and extremely complicated purchase of our dream home. All the staff at Andrew Grant in Ludlow, especially Jane Bingham, Julie Lane and Magi Alexander, have been absolutely wonderful and held our hands all the way through. They have been ultra professional but also incredibly kind and personal through what has been a very difficult few months. Both my husband and I would strongly recommend Andrew Grant, having sold our house through the Kidderminster branch, but especially all the staff at the Ludlow branch. A brilliant Estate Agent!

Excellent Service plus 1st class on-line dashboard to monitor sale
This is the second property I have sold through the Ludlow office and the service we received was excellent. We were regularly kept up to date with progress and queries were sorted out promptly. The on-line dashboard allowed us to monitor the progress of the marketing campaign and see feedback from viewings. They produced quality property details with photographs that showed my property at its best. I will certainly be using them again!

Helpful, friendly and efficient
We have both bought and sold property through Andrew Grant and have therefore seen how they work from both sides. We found the staff, (special mention for Jane) extremely helpful and efficient. We sold our house through them within the first month and the sale went through very smoothly

Excellent service, friendly efficient staff.
Was a pleasure to work with the staff who couldn't do enough to aid the process of buying the house and answered each and every query with patience and good humour. House transfer went smoothly and I would recommend them highly.

In an unusual situation, went above and beyond
This was an unusual situation, with a Grade 2 listed building that had been empty for several years. I was the executor for the estate and live in Ireland, so could not just 'pop in', but although I never met them, I felt that I developed a good relationship with the agents involved (Jane and Julie) who did all I asked of them and more. Although we did not achieve the asking price, this was not surprising as the property had deteriorated, and in the end the process was quick and efficient. I couldn't have asked for more. Well done, girls! P.S. The bit below that says I've read the Terms and Conditions is a lie - I haven't, and I object to being asked to 'register' to submit this review. Because of where I live I am never likely to use this site again. All that should be required at the end of this is a button which says 'SUBMIT'! STOP THE MARKETING BIT, RATERAGENT - it doesn't belong here!
