Considering that you are not even a customer of ours, we do not understand how you think that you have the right to write a customer review. You forcibly interjected yourself on a private conversation, between a potential customer and a staff member. You were incredibly rude both on the phone and later when you visited the branch, to verbally abuse the staff member for doing their job. As advised, we have a legal obligation under the laws in this country to make sure that tenants have the legal right to live and work in this country. Given that the penalties for letting a property to someone who may have no rights to live or work in this country are severe, along with your attitude it is hardly surprising that we were unable to help you or your friend.
