Disappointed
I moved into a flat on beresford road yesterday saturday 21st may. And within 24 hours the bedroom window broke when I opened it. You can not close it. It needs replacing. I have to slam 2 doors to close them. I can't even have a shower because it's scolding hot. And I'm now lying
