It is important to note that viewings were refused from proceedable buyers, and the property was marketed during a slower time of the year. We recommend accepting all viewings and make it a priority to keep in contact with our vendors, reviewing why there may have been a lower number of viewings and what steps we can take to improve this moving forward. Regarding the notice period, it is clearly stated in the contract you signed, and this was explained before listing the property and signing of the contract.
