Shocked by the incredible poor experience of trying to view a property through them. Used the online portal to try and view a property and received no communication from them. Called up and was told they thought the property was possibly being sold so they hadn’t taken any bookings- but either way no communication - the. Told earliest we could view was mid next week as other viewings already scheduled in! Which is it - no viewings as thought was sold or taking bookings? Would have absolutely no faith in buying or selling through them. As a vendor selling I would want to see through bookings to maximise offer potential in the property. As a buyer if this is how they handle initial enquiries I have no faith.
