Paul Hubbard's are by far the best agent I've ever dealt with. After listing my house with them less than two weeks ago it is now under offer for above asking price. Scot and his team are fantastic, always incredibly quick to get back to you and really know their stuff. What really wowed me was that Scot took the time to give me honest and professional advice with no obligation, which therefore gave me great confidence in using them. The fact that they don't tie you into contracts proves that they are the best, because they know that they will provide an outstanding service and therefore customers will vote with their feet.
