racists including the landlord who gave me a no fault section 21 notice in retaliation for me getting environmental health involved with the issues that have been going on since may 2023. 4 flats in the building I'm in. only 2 are occupied. one isn't fit to live in. one has so many occuring problems. the tenant above me is a nut job so doesn't care about anything. and the one I'm in has had the most problems. since moving in may 2023 the problems still haven't been sorted. just ask environmental health at East Suffolk council about these people and their properties.

I have been a tenant under the management of Paul Hubbard Estate Agents for the past four years. In that time, I have found the entire PH Team to be extremely, polite, supportive and professional. They’ve always been quick to respond to any maintenance issues , always sending a professional contractor to my accommodation as soon as they physically can. On a personal note, I struggle with severe OCD, yet the PH Team have always been more than understanding, supportive and have always respected my request for gloves, masks and shoe coverings to be worn by any of the PH Team completing their 6monthly check up, they also ensure any Contractors visiting me for any maintenance issues also comply to unusual request. Lastly, I noticed someone mentioned a Team Members name in a very negative way, I have spoken to the same Team Member many times, and they’ve nothing short of being super polite and super supportive which must be difficult as I can be unintentionally very annoying with my OCD traits, I also think it’s unnecessary to name people personally on a review unless it’s in a positive manner. Unfortunately, I have moved on from being under the care and management of the PH Team hence the review. Wishing you all the success that you deserve and I’m positive we’ll be seeing more PH sites dotted throughout the East Anglia region very soon Thank you for the past four years and I’ll always be grateful for the compassion, understanding and support with my personal issues, you seriously made my life bearable whilst I was under your Tenancy and I’ll never forget you for it……

PH have been very supportive of me as I have been selling my parents' house from a distance. Their initial marketing advice was sound and sensible and they managed the resulting large number of viewings efficiently. They also managed the relationship with the ultimate buyer on my behalf and sorted out the inevitable 'to-ing and fro-ing' with minimal drama. We have a result. The house has sold for not far short of the asking price - and I only had to visit the property twice, from 150 miles away, during the process. A real success.
