We sold our house with Paul Hubbard Estate Agents, and also ended up buying our next house with them after our initial purchase of another property with another agent fell through. While selling our house turned out to be a little bit more stressful than anticipated, I cannot thank Tara from the after sales team enough for all of the support she provided throughout the experience. Tara was absolutely brilliant from the beginning right through to the end, when we finally got there! It was also a bit of a blessing that our other purchase fell through as we got to continue working with Tara and we knew we were in good hands. Thankfully our purchase was nowhere near as stressful, but that was also helped by the fantastic communication from Tara all the way through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Hubbard Estate Agents to anyone, they've been fantastic from start to finish! We had brief dealings with another agent who were so pushy, and it was a relief that the team at Paul Hubbard Estate Agents were not like that at all - everyone we dealt with was just so helpful.

We used Paul Hubbard to reluctantly sell our beloved home. We shopped around before signing up and they had the best statistics at the time for selling our type of property. Even in a tough market they provided multiple suitable clients who were interested in the house. James in particular was consistently excellent. He always listened to us and advised accordingly. He understood our position exactly. He gave us really useful advice how to sell our house and how to get the best price. We worked well as a team and got a good outcome for all parties. Moreover, he was also available to talk to other agents on our behalf when we were pursuing an onward purchase. He even assisted us in those negotiations when needed. Their fees were competitive. They were not pushy to either us as sellers or to our potential buyers. They were always available when we needed them. It was a team effort. I want to be fair and also thank them. Tara in the aftersales team was also fantastic. Joey was always very approachable and did a good job with a number of the viewings we had. Strachen also chipped in at the end, finishing off all that lovely paperwork. Thank you all so much.
