We have recently completed a sale and purchase with the Low Fell branch. The service from all areas of the business has been professional however, Sharon Lambert from the Sales Progression team has been the shining star for us! The journey has been a tricky one to say the least, mostly due to issues with solicitors but Sharon has remained a force to be reckoned with and made sure we have always been updated with the status of both our sale and purchase. Sharon has been on hand to answer any questions and been a friendly sounding board when things got really stressful! We very nearly signed up with an online agent to sell our home, I'm so pleased that didn't happen as we would likely still be sat in our previous house not having a clue what was going on!
