What a fantastic Team. My house sale was very stressful but Tom and the team were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them. We could not have been treated better, the whole Office worked to help us towards renting our new home. The Staff were always available to help with every little detail, they rearranged their schedule around us to help show us around the property, and answer our every question. Polite, helpful and responsive to my questions about purchasing my property, which was a long way from where I previously lived. The following is not a complaint about Lovelle staff, but are significant issues. Firstly I am concerned as to how to manage vendors who delay handing the keys in after sale completion. I had completed on the shortest day of the year, and couldn't access the property. Luckily I had moved out of my own property a week previously and was staying with friends in Louth. This was by luck - as the removal company couldn't do a two day removal, thank goodness -otherwise this would have been a very different story. Secondly, at no time was I informed (by the vendors) that the property was on prepayment meters. I discovered this the day before I moved from my previous home, when I called my electricity provider to say that I was moving. I had no idea how to use these. If I was moving the same day, I simply do not know how I would have discovered this especially in the middle of winter and Christmas about to begin. This has been a real pain to work out and sort out; with hours on the 'phone, at the busiest time of year and with the Christmas break, as I also changed providers. I have been informed that it will be many weeks before ordinary credit meters will be installed- at my expense. This should be essential information provided at some stage in the sale process. It was a good experience from start to finish. I immediately liked the enthusiasm of the estate agent who came to value the house. He suggested auction and again, I warmed to the sales auctioneer. I was able to ask any questions of the process that I didn't understand. All in all it was a good and supported experience
Totally professional and very helpful in chasing up solicitors etc and in the early stages they listened to what I wanted and knew what my expectations of sale price would be and stuck with it and were extremely insistent with prospective buyers on my requirements for the sale to go through. I can highly recommend this branch.
