Excellent service
Harry has been an absolute star from start to finish. He has been most helpful, professional and always returned calls which is most important when u need help and advice. Nothing has been too much trouble and we had the pleasure of Simons help too who was equally as helpful and professional as Harry - we would highly recommend Madison Fox Loughton office. Excellent. Would recommend.
Never heard of Madison Fox before, but I would certainly recommend them to any of my friends. Throughout the sale, the estate agent ( Alex) kept us informed of progress and developments. Despite being very busy he spent a lot of time chasing people up and doing what estate agents are meant to do. Thank you Madison Fox.

Poor service
I asked for details about a flat for sale on their books on the Saturday, was told that no one from sales could speak to me that day. I rang on the Monday and on the Tuesday and still without success. No one could or would even confirm whether the flat was still for sale or what the position was even though it was still advertised on Right Move. If I was a seller I'd advise going elsewhere to market your property. If you are buyer....good luck! I'm now looking with different estate agents.
