I think I have been very unlucky with this agent so far. First of all, the house was filthy when I moved in, when, I called Charisse I was told I had to request before moving to have professional cleaning,?? I have been renting for 20 years and every single agent has had the house cleaned for new tenants automaticly. The inventory received was far from accurate, so I had to give a report within 7 days to reflect all the things that were wrong, broken, dirty. I still have not received a reply to that email and none of the broken things stated on my report have been fixed yet. (although I chased) Then it has taken me more than a month to get the singed contract by landlord. (again, I have never moved to a property were the landlord hasn’t singed the contract before I moved in, don’t really understand this) On top of the above, before I moved in, the sink was changed but the contractor did not connect the pipes, it took almost 2 weeks for the contractor to come to fix it (no Dishwasher, no washing machine). After around 3 weeks my electricity panel started to give errors, when I checked the pipes behind washing machine & Dryer, the contractor had used tape to connect pipes and water was leaking straight to the switch (HIGH RISK). 2 weeks after raising this issue to the property management, the contractor still not willing to make an effort and only gives me slots that work for them and i have to keep on chasing Holly for updates. As mentioned to Balgores, this contractor is going to jeopardise the business. if I didn't think of moving the appliances, my house could have gone of fire .... Very disappointment with this State agent, apparently meant to be sooo good but my expierience so far its completely the opposite, showing the tenant is the last person/stakeholder they care of (if they care about the tenat that is). please see some pictures of the pipes and the state of appliances when i moved in.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
