So, on the 24th of February 21 me and family went to view a property in Chigwell with Balgores Estates (Loughton). After viewing the property we had put an offer in which the colleague was very rude about saying the offer is unheard of - moving forward, the holding deposit had been put in place, also agreeing a monthly amount (Landlord was more than happy to proceed) along with all the referencing (including the guarantor) being accepted. After three/four weeks we still hadn't heard anything from the Estates Agents or Landlord, then I get a call from Henry himself saying that the Landlord has accepted another offer not explaining as to why this has been done when this interested tenants had come a week and a half after us (property was meant to be off the market when the holding deposit is taken) but the best thing about this is that the another tenants haven't even done there referencing yet! Avoid these estates agents by a flying mile, they will lead you on and play around with you saying its the landlords fault (which also I'm guessing he was involved with).
