I was very happy with the service provided by Balgores, Loughton. Our agent, Jack, did a great job of keeping us in the loop, chasing deadlines and the rest of the chain, and getting everything in line for completion. He did his job especially well considering our deadline was extra tight and we were extra anxious because of our baby's due date soon afterwards. Incidentally she decided to arrive four days before completion (and several weeks early) just to chuck a cat amongst the pigeons but hey, couldnt be happier she's here!
