This has been such a pleasant experience. From beginning to end, the respect, courtesy and professionalism that I have witnessed from all the members of staff I have dealt with on this journey has been unique. The Loughton branch manager, Jack Clarke, has done exactly what he told me would....he got my property on the market , he targeted the correct sector and and I had an offer on the first viewing. There was no pressure to accept that offer and I didn't. Bookings remained constant and two weeks later, I accepted an offer that was right for me, From accepting the offer that I wanted to exchange / completion has taken two months and for me, the process has been painless. I have to name people - Dylan and Sammy from the Loughton office and Louise at the Romford office have all been so helpful. I know I'm repeating myself but I literally could no be happier.
