They are absolutely brilliant people! Great communication, 100% professional, and reliable service! After many many years of awful experiences with estate agents, we were incredibly happy with the service of Newton Fallowell Team in Loughborough. First of all, the agent who showed us around at the first viewing was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Even in this crazy market, the house was appropriately priced therefore we had no issues with the valuation. Amanda who was dealing with the price negotiation handled this part of the process in a very fair way. Our solicitor was terribly slow and gave out lots of misleading information but Jessica our case manager sorted out those issues within no time. She was the engine of our purchase and I???m sure we would have never got this house if she didn???t keep chasing all parties tirelessly. She wasn???t just super professional and efficient but kind and patient also. Besides, their whole team was great with small things like passing on messages, calling back when they promised, etc. which was again an unusual thing for me. We were so grateful for their outstanding service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

You were amazing at helping me pull this all together when a solicitor in the chain was ignoring calls, emails etc you kept me sane as we just kept pulling it bit by bit. You answered all queries with speed, when things were so frustrating, you did not pacify me but if fair agreed it was not good enough, honesty that was not only refreshing but fair and supportive. I would recommend to anyone to use your services as you do not just sell a house and then you are done, you get it over the line with compassion and professionalism and we were the buyers not the sellers so how good a service is that. 5 stars is not enough - Well done and thank you ......
