We recently sold our property with Newton Fallowell in Loughborough and could not have asked for a better level of service. From the initial contact and valuation, to the day of completion, we felt as though every detail was taken care of and the team went out of their way to ensure a smooth sale. As we live 75 miles from property, we thought it might be a challenge to complete viewings etc, but that was all taken care of and included in the price. Nothing was too much trouble and I genuinely feel they walk a delicate line between taking care of both the buyer and the seller, something that can’t be easy at times! There were a few tricky moments, as I’m sure happens with most complex house transactions, but Jake and Jess were completely professional and supportive throughout. Communication is key, of course, and they were both always on hand to provide solutions, updates or just to answer any questions. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced service, but with every detail taken care of, these are the people to go with.
