Even in this crazy market, the house was appropriately priced therefore we had no issues with the valuation. Our solicitor was terribly slow and gave out lots of misleading information but Jessica our case manager sorted out those issues within no time. She was the engine of our purchase and I’m sure we would have never got this house if she didn’t keep chasing all parties tirelessly. She wasn’t just super professional and efficient but kind and patient also. Besides, their whole team was great with small things like passing on messages, calling back when they promised, etc. which was again an unusual thing for me.
