I feel as though I get a tailored service. They listen and try to provide what I am looking for, then give me the options and let me decide what happens moving forward. Loughborough branch went through a period of staff changes but all staff new and old appear competent and helpful. Manager Ash is easily contactable and has a very calm approach but delivers effortlessly.
