Their service and response times have been beyond reproach at all times and I've had a very satisfactory service. All maintenance, rental payments (thank you Theresa) and any other issues over the years have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and I've been kept fully informed throughout. I have travelled away outside the UK for many months at a time since 2013 safe in the knowledge that my tenants and my investment property were well looked after at all times. Finally, having decided to sell up, James Lee the owner of Belvoir Loughborough, found me a buyer at a good price and sold the property for me in a swift and smooth transaction; couldn't ask for anything more. 10/10 Belvoir!
