I have been a tenant through Belvoir for over 3 years and I can honestly say I have felt really looked after by them. The only major problem I have had is with the boiler breaking down. Jayde at Long Eaton was straight on the case! As it was during a cold snap, a replacement boiler could not be fitted until the following week but Jayde was really concerned for my welfare. She offered to drop heaters off to me on her way home from work & made sure I had somewhere to go for showers etc. After the boiler was fitted there was a problem. Once again Jayde made sure an engineer came out the same day & liaised with me with many phone calls. She really couldn't do enough. I have found all of the staff at Long Eaton really helpful & friendly so I feel I can call on them at any time even with minor problems. I am extremely pleased with the service they provide.
