I have used Belvoir Lettings for 10 years now, and they have always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. For the most part we have had very few gaps between tenancies. I can only recall one instance of excess time between tenants and that was due to prospective tenants changing their mind at the last minute rather than any fault of Belvoir Lettings. In fact, I'm more likely to have to beg for a bigger gap between tenants to ensure the property can be maintained to my specifications. I have recommended Belvoir in Long Eaton to other landlords and most certainly would again.
