When we've had any problem tenant they have helped me through the steps to obtaining possession (key item I have learned from experience has been ensuring rent insurance s in place which was done via belvoir so they can directly assist). Having recently had a 2 month window to sell the property when a tenant served notice, we instructed Belvoir to sell (and relet if there was no interest in that short timeframe). Natasha found a buyer and worked hard throughout to keep the transaction moving with regular check in's to all parties. They also checked on the property and arranged removal of my furniture.
