I had been looking for a house for a long time, before the Governments lockdown as well as when it was easing. I received continuous support from James Roberts, who was always on hand to go support in viewings and advice. I couldn't recommend the team at EweMove Beeston enough. Fabulous friendly service and I will certainly use them again in the future.

I decided to relocate to the Cumbria following the untimely death of my husband. We had lived in the same house for 30 years and so my knowledge of the housing market, estate agents and all the other paraphernalia that goes with buying and selling a house was woefully out of date, so I needed an Estate Agent who not only knew their stuff but would be empathetic to my situation. A friend had used EweMove recently and recommended them to me. I rang them and asked someone to come and value my house. Kate arrived and within 5 minutes I knew I had made the right choice. Kind, caring, sympathetic and knowledgeable, Kate talked me through the process, was very upfront about what I would need to do versus what EweMove would do, so by the time she left I had a very clear picture of the end to end process. I didn’t even bother getting a second or third estate agent round – there was absolutely no point. I signed the appropriate paperwork and we went ahead with the sale. Suffice to say my house sold within about 12 hours of going live on the website. It sold to first-time buyers for over the asking price. Kate went over and above for me. She filtered out time wasters, took calls from interested buyers at all times of the day and night, held viewings on a weekend when she had family commitments. Not only that but Kate spoke to an estate agent in Cumbria on my behalf about a property I was interested in to help me make a decision. Since the move she has kept in touch to check I am getting on okay. I could not have asked for a better experience and I am so glad I chose Ewe move and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of selling or buyingtheir home.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to EweMove for helping us buy our first home! James was absolutely brilliant from day one when going to view the property right through until the day we got our keys, he was so professional but also a genuine guy you can have a laugh with and bent over backwards to make sure we was in our home for when we intended to be. Diane was also great sorting out solicitors stuff and she was very prompt in getting back to us via emails and queries we had regarding anything, she also set a date and stuck to that date give or take which was excellent. I really cannot thank James and Diane from Ewemove Long Eaton enough for selling our house! From the start they provided outstanding professional friendly service, took care of the viewings for us, provided great photos, great write up and Facebook advertising. I liked the fact that we could speak via phone/text/email any time of any day! James sold our house straight away for us for full asking price which was amazing. Diane was amazing with the sales progression, both very approachable and great communication. Unfortunately, beyond ours or theirs control and despite us selling to a ftb, our chain upwards expanded to a much longer chain than ever expected so what should have been a quick turn around turned into 6 months but they worked so so hard for us to push this through and chasing it several times a day every day and I was constantly updated throughout. We used Ewe Move to sell our property and they were amazing from start to finish. Firstly, James was friendly and knowledgeable and he took awesome photos for Rightmove etc (so much so that we thought about staying!). The house was sold for the full asking price within a matter of days and I think this was a combination of James' advice about when and what to advertise, prompt viewing arrangements and a friendly, but non-intrusive sales pitch (as well as the house itself being fabulous). After the offer had been accepted we had more contact with Diane at the Long Eaton Office and she was lovely - quick to respond to emails and calls, reassuring (much needed) when difficulties arose with solicitors and it felt like she was right there with us all the way through to completion. I had a very positive experience when using Ewemove to sell my late father's house. The team are all friendly , but professional. Will handled the sale initially, taking good photos and creating a good description (with no spelling mistakes as you see on many other property details from other agents) and getting the house on the market very promptly. Will handled all the viewings, keeping me regularly updated by phone with viewers feedback. I also received a weekly email update. Once a sale had been agreed, Diane worked very hard chasing solicitors, estate agents and the buyers to ensure the sale progressed. I would certainly use them again.

I found ewemove and James absolutely brilliant. Nothing was an issue with them and james was perfect. I cant recommend ewemove and james enough. If ever I move back to sawley or long Eaton I wont hesitate to contact them. They have sold my house and also sorted me rented accommodation and both times were perfect.
