Marcelle is a brilliant Agent, I was selling & purchasing a property which is a little bit harder to do, the property I was purchasing had a set time scale to be completed & the developer I was purchasing from was very pushy & at times very challenging. Marcelle was put under so much pressure to get this turned around & completed within a short time & she did it with no fuss she was so professional, smart & was very honest to me as a client which I think is very important, she would always return my calls & give me feedback when needed. I would definatly use Marcelle again & Winkworth.

Winkworth were absolute stars from the second I walked in their branch. I shopped around to find a suitable agent for selling my flat, but they seemed the most professional and friendly. I specifically dealt with Ahmet, from the evaluation to doing viewings and finally taking the sale all the way to completion. We first meet Ahmet when he came to give us a market valuation of our property. Both my wife and I felt immediately that he had all the qualities we wanted in an estate agent to take the large responsibility of selling our family home. Ahmet was obviously very professional and keenly aware of the market we would be trying to appeal to. He answered all our questions and concerns thoughtfully and filled us with confidence in being able to portray our property in a honest and appealing manor. We left him in control of the marketing and open day as we went on holiday for a week. During this week he kept us updated throughout and we had agreed an offer by the time we returned! I have sold four houses in London over the years and can say without a doubt that Ahmet and the team at Winkworth N13 were outstanding at every step of the way and carry out there duties with the utmost professionalism. The service was professional and friendly. Leila, Ahmet and John were hard working on our behalf. The property was difficult to sell, being a flat above shops, and the first offer fell through because of mortgage difficulties, but they kept their efforts up and brought in more viewers. The price was slightly lower than the original asking price, but still higher than we were originally expecting. In short: they did a difficult job without fuss and with a lot of perseverance. Highly recommended.

John was the agent we dealt with while buying our property. He was always professional and especially good at keeping us updated with the current status in the remainder of the chain. But the main benefit he brought to the whole process was the effort he put in to supporting and progressing the sale of our property even though Winkworth's were not our selling agents. While the agents we were using were incredibly slow to react to issues, John was proactively chasing every delay and frankly without the pressure he exerted we probably wouldn't have exchanged yet!!

I have just worked with Leila in the purchase of an investment flat I have bought to Let. The purchase was not straightforward for numerous reasons but Leila made the process as simple and painless as she could.
