A calm oasis in the grinding process of buying a house!
Marcelle has been exceptionally helpful throughout the testing time of buying a house. She is very calm, cheerful and dependable and I found her totally trustworthy. She has gone out of her way to keep us constantly updated on the process of the chain and this has been very helpful and reassuring. I think Winkworth have a truly wonderful staff member and sincerely hope they appreciate her valuable qualities.

Very Good Service - Would Recommend
I thought our agent Ben was really great throughout the whole process - nothing like what people tell you estate agents are going to be like. He was always calm, friendly, informative and most importantly he wasn't pushy or rude or anything like that. He made everything feel like it was going to be a walk in the park, which I really appreciated. Also so easy to talk to and understanding. Great job all round.

Great guidance, at a difficult time.
Cannot commend Ahmet and his team from Winkworths enough. I felt I needed speed because of the rise in taxes on 2nd home sales, and the then upcoming EU referendum. Ahmet's advice and guidance were perfect: We completed 1 day before the vote to leave the EU, at what looks like the peak of the market, and with no onward chain, so we are in a strong position to buy in any downturn. After having 20 viewings with no offers, Ahmet advised us to drop the price aggressively to get ahead of a market already showing signs of slowing by mid-March 2016. I would not have done that on my own. We did as he said, got a buyer, and sold at the perfect time (completing 1 day before the vote to leave the EU!) at a good price. A better quality house on sale in our street at the same price did not take his advice, and left Winkworths with their property offered at £35,000 more than ours. When I last looked, their house was on offer at a price LOWER than we actually achieved, and £15,000 lower than we had it on offer. Then it was sold STC, but of course with no guarantee the buyer will stick to that if they have not exchanged, given the shock referendum result. Also, an astonishing amount of comparable houses are now being offered at auction. That was not the case a few weeks ago. Around 80% of the houses are on offer at prices lower than ours completed at, despite ours needing a lot of work. Great result. Well done to Ahmet and his team.

Very easy, organised and friendly sale for first time buyers!
Marcelle was amazing, so helpful and really on the ball steering us through the process as first time buyers. It was lovely having someone chasing everything up and letting us know how things were progressing. It really made a big difference that Marcelle was so friendly and aproachable, l felt confident in giving her a call or email when l needed some info. Would 100% use Winkworths when we make our next big move! Many thanks

Very pleased with service
Very happy with the service from Marcelle and the Palmers Green office as a whole. My wife and I had been looking for some time in Palmers Green and Marcelle patiently showed us round a number of houses. She went the extra mile to show us a property twice on the same day, and even spent an hour with us in the house we eventually purchased so we could have a proper look around. Always prompt in returning phone calls and answering questions - we're very pleased with the level of service received.

Winkworth - professional, friendly, proactive, know what they are doing
We would highly rate Winkworth.....from the first valuation (no pressure, very good local knowledge, realistic advice) to the open day (no hassle for us they took care of it all) ....the bit that we especially rated was the after sale service - proactive, helpful, got it done! They get the balance right in terms of professional yet friendly service. We would definitely use them again.

Professional, dependable, ready to go the extra mile to help
Ben saw me through a very stressful sale and was so helpful throughout. I grew to rely on him to help resolve issues more than my solicitor and he was always there when I needed him, always phoning with updates or ready to help when the next thing went wrong! Ben went way beyond what one would expect his duties to be, liaising with the local council to get registry issues resolved with the property I was selling and keeping the buyer and their solicitor at bay so I didn't lose them. An exceptional estate agent.

Very friendly and helpful staff!
Marcelle was fantastic. We were in a long and at times complicated chain but Marcelle was supportive and helpful at all times and proactively followed up the chain on outstanding actions to keep things moving.
