I’ve recently bought a house marketed through StowBros Wanstead and I’m happy to recommend them. First they have some of the best properties in Wanstead. Second they have a charming office that really adds character to Wanstead High Street. But third and perhaps most importantly, Kyli, Ben, Rob, Kenny and Jade make a lovely team. They have communicated regularly and helped me navigate the twists and turns of the challenging London housing market. They communicate regularly so I always know where things are at. The Wanstead team are intrinsically motivated to get the best outcomes and therefore provide a good balance of “no hard selling” but making sure that things keep progressing at a good rate. The outcome for us was getting the property that should meet our family’s needs fully.

A professional, vibrant and well run Estate Agency, that pays lots of attention to detail towards their clients. This starts from the first valuation, compilation of a brochure, discussing a marketing strategy. This level of detail continues, as they assist you through the buying or selling process, which we all know can be quite difficult. Every member of Stow Bros staff involved in our particular sale had visited our property and knew the house and it’s selling points and as such I would have absolutely no hesitation on recommending these guys and girls to anyone.
