Great bunch of people to work with. As a first-time buyer, I was wandering in unknown territory but Kyli was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kyli was responsive, professional and friendly, and I didn't feel judged for asking lots of questions and checking in with her on the vendor's status. The timeframe got dragged out slightly and there were some hiccups along the way, but Kyli resolved these quickly and kept me informed. I've now just exchanged contracts and couldn't be happier. I came to use Stow Brothers after being listed with another agent for 6 weeks. Fair to say the first agent was a complete waste of time. 1 viewing in 6 weeks!! So opted for Stow brothers to us advertise for us thereafter and needless to say their performance was considerably better, we had 10+ viewings within 3 weeks (even given COVID and people not wanting view). The mgmt from Will was second to none always quick to reply and give updates and support/advice. It actually turns out that we will sell via Stow bros, even though we had 4 agents working for us, stow is the only choice and you’d be daft to choose anyone else!

I've spoken to 5 different people at Stow Brothers so far and they've all been a total pleasure to work with. As well as the different aesthetic to your typical estate agent, wearing casual clothes rather than flashy suits, they've all been really down to Earth and genuine, friendly and good at listening - a rare skill in this day and age!
